Relating to amending certain Statutes authorizing the Comptroller of Public Accounts to issue a warrant in payment of claims for Fifty Dollars ($50) or less without an affidavit when the claimant certifies under the penalties of perjury that to the best of his knowledge and belief the claim is true and correct.
