Proposing an Amendment to Section 49-b, Article III, Constitution of Texas, changing the composition of the Veterans' Land board; increasing the total amount of bonds or obligations that may be issued by the Veterans' Land Board to Two Hundred Million Dollars ($200,000,000.00); making other changes relative to the issuance and sale of bonds and the use and disposition of the proceeds therefrom; providing for an election and the issuance of a proclamation therefor.
