Proposing an Amendment to Section 4 of Article IV of the Constitution of the State of Texas so as to provide that the Governor shall hold his office for the term of four (4) years and to provide that no person holding the officer of Governor shall succeed himself in office; providing for an election on the question of the adoption or rejection of such Amendment and making an appropriation therefor; providing for the proclamation and publication therefor and prescribing a form of ballot.
