SB 398, 50th R.S.
Relating to fixing the rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all independent districts in which now levy a total tax of $1.50 per $100 assessed valuation of taxable property for maintenance purposes and bond interest and sinking fund purposes, wherein a public free school building may have burned or may burn or be destroyed by fire, whether such independent school district was organized under general or special laws; repealing all laws in conflict herewith, both general and special.
