Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, for the use and benefit of John Tarleton Agricultural College, to construct or acquire, and equip not more than two dormitories; authorizing said Board to fix fees and charges for the use of such dormitories.
