Relating to amending a certain Bill authorizing the Lower Colorado River Authority to issue bonds for any corporate purpose providing that the aggregate principal amount of such bonds outstanding at any time shall not exceed Twenty-five Million ($25,000,000.00) Dollars.; eliminating certain provisions with reference to purchase of property of Central Texas Hydro-Electric Company.
