Relating to amending a certain Act providing a definition of "contract dealer," and "cash dealer" and by providing that the term "agent" shall comprehend "transporting agent"; to provide license fee for cash dealers; providing for the bonding of commissions merchants and contract dealers; providing a maximum fine for violation of the Act.
