Relating to defining, licensing and regulating loan brokers, and the business of loan brokers in amounts of from $50.00 to $500.00, secured or unsecured; providing for a license fee; declaring usurious contracts within the scope of this Act to be unlawful and against public policy and void as to interest only; providing additional penalty for usury collected or paid.
