Relating to making an appropriation of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to be used by the Attorney General for the purpose of paying costs and expenses in defending and sustaining the validity and constitutionality of certain Act imposing a graduated flat rate tax on Chain Stores, and to pay costs and expenses incurred by the Attorney General in the State of federal Courts in the matter of the prosecution of suits for the enforcement of the collection of the taxes imposed by this law.
