Relating to providing for the appointment of branch and deputy pilots, requiring a bond conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as a pilot, providing for the approval of bond by the pilot commissioners of the district, requiring an oath of office, authorizing suit on bond by any person, firm, or corporation injured or damaged, fixing the term of office of pilots and their deputies and the responsibility of the pilot for his deputy.
