Relating to safeguarding the health of the people of this state by insuring the sanitary and healthful production and distribution of fluid milk and sweet cream; providing further that it shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to purchase or sell sweet cream or fluid milk at a less price than the minimum prices set by the Commissioner, and providing for a penalty of $50.00 for each violation of this provision.
