Relating to defining unfair discrimination and prohibiting any person, firm, company, association or corporation engaged in the production, manufacture, sale or distribution of any commodity or electricity in general use in this State, from discriminating between different sections, communities, incorporated cities or towns of this State, for the purpose of destroying the business of a competitor in any locality.
