Relating to defining "butter," and prescribing regulations to govern the manufacture, storage, and sale thereof; requiring the branding and labeling of artificially colored butter; and declaring a violation of this Act to be a misdemeanor, and providing punishment therefor, and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
