Relating to providing that persons holding scrip, issued to them for personal services rendered the county, may pay their ad valorem taxes, and that teachers holding vouchers, issued to them for personal services rendered the school district, may pay their school taxes with such vouchers, and that persons holding evidence of indebtedness, issued to them by cities and towns for personal services, may pay their city taxes with such evidences of their indebtedness.
