Relating to renewing and extending oil and gas permits Number 8852, 8854 and 8859, issued by the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas on the 16th day of October, 1924, covering University Lands in Pecos County, Texas, for an additional period of three years from and after the present date of expiration of said permits.
