Relating to amending certain act creating and incorporating the O'Donnell Independent School District in the Counties of Lynn and Dawson, in the State of Texas, by providing that said district may issue bonds bearing interest not exceeding six percent per annum, as provided by the General Law of the State, and subject to the limitations of the General Law of the State.
