Relating to amending certain Article relating to private corporations by adding thereto a section providing for the formation corporations for the purpose of acting as agent or agents of any fire, fire and marine, marine, tornado, rent, accident, casualty, liability, health, elevator, disability, title, surety or fidelity insurance companies, legally authorized to do business in this State, and for licensing and the issuance of certificates of authority to such corporations by the Commissioner of Insurance and Banking.
