Relating to making all fees of office other than those provided in Title 58 of the Complete Texas Statutes of 1920, known as the "Fee Bill," ex-officio fees of office, and provided said ex-officio fees shall be in addition to the maximum salary for office holders now provided in said title, and repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
