Relating to providing for road bonds for Titus county or any political subdivision or defined district of said county by a vote of two-thirds majority of the resident property taxpayers, to issue bonds; levying and collecting taxes to pay the interest on such bonds and providing a sinking fund for the redemption thereof and for the maintenance of said roads for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating macadamized, graveled or paved roads and turnpikes, and prescribing ways and means of conducting and supervising said work, and repealing all other special road laws for Titus county.
