Amending Article I of the Texas Liquor Control Act directing the Alcoholic Beverage Commission to authorize the importation of liquor in containers sized under the Metric System, to tax such liquor at the same rate as liquor in presently authorized containers is taxed, and, for that purpose, to compile a table converting from the U.S. Standard Gallon System to the Metric System the taxes levied and imposed on carious types of liquor in Subsection (1) of Section 21 of Article I, so that taxes can be uniformly imposed regardless of container size.
