Relating to the authority of an insurer to designate a particular practitioner or practitioners of the healing arts in a policy of accident and sickness insurance and making certain provisions for advertising and dissemination of information of insurance coverage by practitioners of the healing arts or associations of such practitioners.
Presentation of the Texas State Chiropractic Association to the legislators of the State of Texas concerning an amendment to Article 3.70-2, ยง B of the Insurance Code : such amendment to guarantee that purchasers of health and accident policies in Texas will be afforded complete freedom to choose their treating doctor from among those licensed in the healing arts. |
