Remarks: Sections 11.083, 11.084, 11.085, and 11.086, Parks and Wildlife Code take effect on the date on which the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission publishes notice in the Texas Register of the final adoption of a state aquatic vegetation management plan under Section 11.082, Parks and Wildlife Code.
