Honoring the memory of Texas Ranger Captain James E. "Jim" Riddles and extend sympathy to the members of his family; providing for copies of this resolution to be prepared under the seal of the senate, and presented to Mr. Riddles' family as a tribute to his memory, and when the senate adjourns this day, it do so in his memory.
