Relating to county school administration; prohibiting state support for certain county school administrative offices after a date certain and expanding authority for local support of the administration; relating to the abolition of certain county school administrative offices; transferring in counties that contain no common school districts, rural high school districts, or independent districts with less than one hundred fifty (150) ADA certain powers, duties, records, and funds of certain county school administrative offices; reclassifying certain school districts under the supervision of county school administrative offices.
