Relating to the discharge and cancellation of judgment liens against bankrupts, providing for hearings after notice upon applications of bankrupts or other interested parties for an order of discharge of judgements, judgment liens and abstracts of judgments, providing for recordation of certified copies of orders of discharge; repealing all laws, or parts of law, in conflict to the extent of conflict.
