Amending Article 5728, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as last amended by Section 1 of Chapter 320, Acts of the 60th Legislature, Regular Session, 1967, by providing that the maximum fee allowable for testing butane and propane measuring devices be raised to Ten Dollars ($10) for each measuring device tested.
