Relating to adding a new subsection to such Incentive Aid Law to authorize and make eligible, subject to approval, a county-line independent school district hereafter resulting from the consolidation of two or more contiguous county-line accredited 12-grade independent school districts, for incentive aid payments although the resulting district contains fewer than 750 children in average daily attendance.
