HB 617, 61st R.S.
Relating to providing that in all actions brought to recover damages for personal injuries, injuries resulting in death, or injury to property, the contributory negligence of the person injured, or his agent, or the owner of the property, or person having control over the property, shall not be a complete bar to the recovery of damages, but such damages shall be diminished by the jury in proportion to the contributory negligence shown; providing that all questions of negligence and contributory negligence shall be for the jury to determine.
