Relating to amending the Penal Code so as to make it a felony to possess or carry any firearm while committing a felony, and providing a penalty therefor; making it a felony for a person convicted of, or charged with, a felony, to possess or carry a pistol away from his residence, and providing a penalty therefor; making it a felony for a habitual user of narcotic or dangerous drugs to possess or carry certain weapons away from his residence, and providing a penalty therefor; etc.
