HB 1017, 60th R.S.
Relating to amending the Insurance Code to provide that insurance companies, as defined herein, may be placed under supervision if, upon an examination or at any other time, it appears to the Commissioner of Insurance that any such insurance company be insolvent, or its condition be, in the opinion of the Commissioner, such as to render the continuance of its business hazardous to the public, or to holders of its policies or certificates of insurance, or if such insurance company appears to have exceed its powers or failed to comply with the law, as defined herein, or if any such company gives its consent, as defined herein.
