Relating to requiring annual reports from charitable trusts and foundations; defining charitable trusts, foundations, and public charity; providing for the Attorney General to have access to their books and records; providing for employment of examiners and other personnel by the Attorney General to supervise charitable trusts and foundations and for per diem payment by foundation or trust examined to cover part of the cost of supervision, examination and inspection.
