Relating to amending the Workmen's Compensation Law to include for insurance coverage as employees every executive officer of any corporation other than charitable, religious, educational or other non-profit corporations; permitting any executive officer of a charitable, religious, educational, or other non-profit corporation which is a subscriber under the Workmen's Compensation Law, to be brought within the coverage of the insurance contract of such corporation.
