Relating to amending the Insurance Code by providing that after the sixth year of organization or incorporation of an insurance company the State Board of Insurance shall examine its financial condition and ability to meet its liabilities, as well as its compliance with the laws of this State, once in each three years, or oftener, as the State Board of Insurance deems necessary.
