Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas to provide for its application to companies or associations regulated by the provisions of Chapter 14 of the Insurance Code of Texas; to provide for the validation of charters of certain of such companies; to provide for the right to amend the charters of certain of such companies for the purpose of extending their period of duration; to provide for its inapplicability under certain circumstances.
