SB 158, 58th R.S.
Relating to requiring that in all counties having a population of not less than 36,799 and not more than 38,500, according to the last preceding Federal Census, no change shall be made in the territory of any independent school district therein having more than 500 scholastics, unless such change be consented to by the Board of Trustees of the district from which the territory is sought to be detached.
