Relating to paying for the expenses incurred by the inauguration of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor out of the Contingent Expense Fund of the 58th Legislature upon authority of the Chairman of the Joint Committee, and with the approval of the respective Charimen of the Contingent Expenses Committees of the two Houses.
