Relating to providing a permissible salary increase for the Judge of said Court of Domestic Relations; providing free transfer of cases between the District Courts and the Court of Domestic Relations of Galveston County; amending the term of office of the Judge of said Court to correspond with the Constitution of the State of Texas.
