Relating to providing for the transfer of moneys now on deposit in the State Treasury to the credit of the Highway Motor Fuel Tax Enforcement Fund, the Motor Fuel Jobbers Fund, the Cigarette Tax Enforcement Fund, the Radio and TV Administration Fund, and the Comptroller's Operating Fund to a single fund, the General Revenue Fund in the State Treasury; providing for an effective date for this Act.
