Relating to providing for transfer of moneys now on deposit in the State Treasury to the credit of the Confiscated Liquor Fund and the Liquor Act Enforcement Fund to a single fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Liquor Control Fund; abolishing the enumerated funds; providing for an effective date of this Act.
