Relating to making it unlawful except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or attempt to hunt, take or kill, or possess, any game bird or game animal, fur-bearing animal or fish in Cameron, Jim Wells, Hidalgo and Starr Counties, including the waters of the Laguna Madre, but excluding the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, at any time; providing a penalty.
