Relating to making it lawful to use dogs in hunting game during open season in Jasper, Newton, Tyler, Hardin, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Orange, and Matagorda Counties; providing a fine and jail sentence for any person who allows or knowingly allows, depending upon the County involved, any dog under his control to hunt, pursue, chase or molest any wild deer during closed season, or who possesses the carcass or part of any freshly killed deer during closed season.
