Relating to requiring approval of all orders, rules and regulations of the Game and Fish Commission by the Commissioners Court of Liberty County in each precinct; and to provide for a waiting period upon disapproval by such Commissioners Court before a public hearing may be held on a similar proposal unless there is a material change in circumstances.
