HB 139, 57th 1st C.S.

Relating to the Palo Duro River Authority; providing for election of members of the Board of Directors shall fill vacancies by appointment for the unexpired term; providing for the issuance of bonds wholly or partially payable from ad valorem taxes after authorization by a majority of votes cast at an election at which only qualified voters who own taxable property therein and who have duly rendered the same for taxation may vote.
