Relating to amending a certain Act providing respective rights, obligations, duties and responsibilities of a city which acquires or has acquired a street transportation system under the law and the employees of the system and their collective bargaining agents; prescribing methods of settling disputes; prohibiting such employees from engaging in a strike or concerted stoppage of work.
