Relating to changing the name of the Commission of Control for the Battleship Texas, known as the Battleship "Texas" Commission, to the Texas Navy Commission, and adding to its duties and responsibilities in connection with the Texas Navy as a voluntary arm of civil defense and disaster relief; providing for the keeping of a roster of personnel and the receipt of funds by the Commission from admission receipts, donations and the purchase and sale of appropriate articles incident to the Texas Navy.
