SB 173, 57th R.S.

Relating to providing that in counties having a population of nine hundred thousand (900,000) or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census, in which a parental home and school for dependent and delinquent children shall have been established, the Commissioners Court may appoint a board of managers to manage and control said home and school.
