HJR 64, 57th R.S.
Relating to proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Texas to provide that the Commissioners Court in each county may levy whatever sums may be necessary for two (2) constitutional purposes; first a constitutional fund called a general fund which shall include funds for all purposes, save and except those for road and bridge purposes; and a second fund for road and bridge purposes.
