Relating to amending Articles 6060 and 6066, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, as amended, to provide that certain revenues be deposited to the General Revenue Fund; abolishing the Gas Utility Fund; transferring the balance in that fund to the General Revenue Fund; providing an effective date.
