Relating to amending a certain Act to define that portion of Shelby County in which shall be lawful to take and kill buck deer with pronged horns and to make it unlawful to take and kill buck deer with pronged horns at any time in the remaining portion of Shelby County; extending the deer season in Rusk, Harrison and Gregg Counties from ten (10) to fifteen (15) days.
