Relating to amending certain statutes by extending the exemption from registration of farm trailers and farm semi-trailers to include trailers and semi-trailers owned by cotton gins and grain elevators and used solely for supplying, without charge, such trailers and semi-trailers to farmers to haul agricultural products from place of production to place of process, market or storage of such agricultural products.
